Nice to see you breaking out of your creativity block. Great start! Keep up the momentum for maximum awesomeness XD

Overall, I rather like this piece, composition as well as character design. I feel that something besides the white background might help a bit with eye movement, as right now it seems to kinda draw your eye down to the lower right hand corner and trap it there. On craftsmanship, your execution is pretty well uniform, so definite kudos there. I did catch a few smudges near the center of the image, though (like, right below the left ear).

My biggest issue with the piece is that the figure looks flat- which is probably due to the low contrast between the highlighted and shadowed areas. (I dunno, that might be personal preference...) It may help to thicken up the outlines of the shadowed areas and thin them where there are highlights to help give a more definite feeling of depth.

Anatomically, I think the shoulders need to be a bit wider, and the area below the bust kinda shrinks as you go down. The belly button could stand to be moved right a bit, as I think that might be a big part in whats making that section look so small. I'm also going to assume that the little circles on either side of the belly button are a piercing...? I think it would look awesome the same red as the beads on the necklace, but its kinda lost when there's no color in it. I'm not so sure about the horn, though. It looks like its on edge (because of the curve) where the face is strait on, so it's a little awkward.

I love the nose. They have been giving me nothing but trouble for a while now and I really like how the style you do them in fits in with your images. Its cute ^.^ Great job considering gravity (necklaces and hair) and keeping it natural looking. It really adds a lot to giving the pic a more dynamic feel.
